Tuition Schedule & Policies – Caffery’s Dance & Gymnastics

At Caffery’s Dance & Gymnastics, tuition is based on an annual rate for our 38-week season and is split into 10 equal monthly payments for your convenience. This ensures consistent budgeting and supports our season-long programming.

Tuition Rates

Tuition is determined by the total number of class minutes per week your child is enrolled in. Please refer to our tuition chart or contact us for detailed pricing based on class duration. Competitive team tuition is emailed to our competitive students.

Registration & Fees

  • At the time of registration, your first month’s tuition (August 15th) and registration fee(s) are due to secure your child’s spot.
  • Registration Fees:
    • $35 for the first child
    • $15 for the second child
    • Family maximum: $65          

Payment Schedule

  • Each payment will be posted to your Parent Portal account on the 1st of the month.
  • Tuition payments are due on the 15th of each month, from August through May.
  • No tuition is charged in June.
  • Each payment covers a portion of the 38-week season. Monthly rates remain the same regardless of holidays, closures, or the number of weeks in a month.

Payment Method & Auto-Pay

  • All tuition and fees are to be paid electronically through your Parent Portal account.
  • For added convenience, auto-pay enrollment is available and highly encouraged to avoid late fees and missed payments.

Grace Period & Late Fees

  • A 10-day grace period is offered each month.
  • If tuition is not received by the 25th, a non-refundable $20 late fee will be applied to your account.

Costume Fees

  • Costume purchases are required for students participating in our end-of-season Dance Recital or Gymnastics Show.
  • Costume fees are not included in tuition.
  • Costume payments are split into up to three installments:
    • November
    • January
    • March (if needed)
  • Detailed costume pricing and instructions will be provided in advance.

Missed Classes & Make-Ups

  • Up to 3 make-up classes per student may be offered per season.
  • All make-up requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@cafferys.net.
  • If an unscheduled closure is to occur or we have numerous snow days, Caffery’s will send out make-up options for the missed classes.
